The mine-use intrinsically safe drilling trajectory measurement instrument utilizes triaxial magnetosensitive components to measure the azimuth and inclination of the probe tube. It also employs triaxial accelerometers and advanced hardware and software calibration algorithms to calibrate and calculate a wide range of inclination angles. This ensures accurate inclination and azimuth data even in extremely harsh environments. The instrument uses the principle of photoelectric encoding to measure the distance the probe tube travels within the drill hole. Combining these two functions accurately reveals the spatial trajectory of the entire drill hole.
The instrument is highly integrated, compact, lightweight, and offers high measurement accuracy and stability. It can operate wirelessly for self-measurement and data storage, making it simple and convenient. Additionally, it can be advanced using a specially designed guidance and propulsion device, enhancing its versatility. The probe tube has a small diameter, making it suitable for drill holes with smaller diameters. Due to its excellent performance, it leads among similar products.
